Each set of nails is custom made to you with the information you have provided such as your desired shape and your nail sizes. Therefore, Claw’d by Katie LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds. We do, however, offer a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once the 24-hour window has closed, we will be unable to cancel your order.
