Refund and shipping policy
Each set of nails is custom made to you with the information you have provided such as your desired shape and your nail sizes. Therefore, Claw’d by Katie LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds. We do however, offer a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once the 24 hour window has closed, we will be unable to cancel your order. We offer returns on defective items only. Any defective product must be returned within 30 days of purchase . If 30 days has gone, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in it’s original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund please mail the item to 1240 Ruthbern Rd. Daytona Beach, FL 32114. Once we have your received and inspected your item, an email notification will be sent to let you know the defective item has been received and if your refund has been approved or denied. Upon approval, credit will be applied towards the original form of payment. This may take up to 7 business days.
Certain goods are may not be eligible for a return or refund. Items such as stamping polishes and nail brushes are not eligible if they have been opened and/or used due to sanitary reasons.
No refunds on sale items. Sale items are final.
Only items that are defective or damaged will be refunded. If you would like to exchange your item for the same one, please send an email to nailmail@clawdbykatie.com . You would then need to send your defective or damaged item to 1240 Ruthbern Rd. Daytona Beach, FL 32114. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund price if a refund is issued.
Shipping times may vary depending on where you live and the shipping type you have selected. I strongly advise you use a trackable shipping service if your item is $50+. Claw’d by Katie LLC cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item which is why a tracking option is highly recommended. Claw’d by Katie LLC is not liable for any lost packages sent through UPS, USPS, FEDEX or any other shipping company.
